Why the Change?
You might be wondering, why rebrand? Great question! Over the years, The HIIT Factory Northcote, under the inspiring leadership of Ida Bakos, has grown and evolved. While our high-intensity interval training classes have always been a hit (pun intended), we recognised the need to offer more holistic and varied fitness options to better serve our community.
Our new name, Fit Republik, reflects this broader vision. It’s not just about HIIT anymore – it’s about creating a republic of fitness where everyone is welcome and every type of fitness journey is celebrated.

With our rebranding comes a host of exciting new features and classes:
Diverse Class Offerings
In addition to our signature HIIT classes, we now offer cycling, Pilates Reformer, and various functional training classes. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, boost your cardio fitness, or simply find a supportive community, we’ve got something for you.

Personalised Attention
Our small group classes, with a maximum of 8-11 people for Reformer and cycling, and no more than 15 for functional training, ensure you get the personal attention and support you need to reach your goals.
